I had the opportunity to work as a manufacturing engineer at AII PST Analytical Industries, which allowed me to develop my skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. The company provided an opportunity for growth and recognition, as I received a raise in recognition of my exceptional performance in 2022. Additionally, the work culture encouraged timely task delivery and fostered a sense of responsibility and accountability among employees

However, there were several shortcomings that impacted my overall experience at AII PST Analytical Industries. One of the most significant issues was the lack of notice and professionalism during my termination. Without any prior warning, I was asked to immediately leave the premises and remove my belongings from my office. This abrupt decision and the unprofessional manner in which it was handled left me feeling disheartened and undervalued. Additionally, I observed instances of unprofessional behavior among employees, including verbal altercations, which created a negative work environment.
