Good start up but not for a career - Lab Tech Analytics Employee Review

Coworkers are great. Relaxed environment. Monday thru Friday operation. Great first job to get lab experience.

Can't really move up because the owners sons are the lab managers.

Like others said, it's a good stepping stone for someone just entering the field. They'll hire almost anybody, so if you put in the work, there will be a lot of new things on your resume. Plenty of overtime to make up for the low pay. Just requires you to have no life

Low. Pay. You could make as much slinging boxes for Amazon... Small company culture means no real HR dept, which can be a real problem when most of the managers are either personal friend or kin to the owner. Little room for advancement.
