      Pros

      The company has some potential and some culture, not a bad place to get your foot in the industry, but thats it.

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism. Low pay. If you have experience or potential you're not much appreciated. Lots of politics and you are pretty much on your own. Wouldn't recommend this place.
