Pros
1. Individual gets an opportunity to up-skill in any tech stack and higher management is supportive and available almost all the times. 2.Good working environment with lot of support. You get to work with a lot of different clients. 3. Work-life balance is way better as we have very flexible working hours. 4. We have a hybrid work mode, which is good and we get some flexible days as per our request and availability. Thanks to Higher Management. 5. Hyderabad location is very close to all the near by outings and Hostels and easy to move around after office hours and weekends.
Cons
1. Currently I didn't find any cons related to work as everything is provided to an employee. 2. Cafeteria is bit small but well maintained. 3. Parking is limited as we shifted to new building.
