Thank you for the feedback. We have not been as proactive in planning the outings as before, however, we will definitely be working on that with HR. The angry customers are something a lot of inbound call centers deal with. There are certainly irate customers calling in, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in regards to that as we are taking calls on BEHALF of our clients and THEIR businesses. However, understanding the depth of the calls, that is why we do offer growth in our company in regards to position and compensation as we totally understand the job can be tiring and testing.
As to the life; We will certainly work on thinking of ways to make the environment more livelier. Thank you for the feedback.
