The company does not care about results in general, it is enough if you can do the right friends. As rotation is huge you end up knowing a lot of colleagues, some of them are really good ones (specially these tend to last just a few weeks).

Everything: - It's a completely vertical company, top management is extremely old school and they don't care about developers. - Due to the rotation products are a complete mess and this translates into lots of quality issues. - Absolute lack of goals or roadmap. Priorities constantly changing.
