      The other reps you work with.

      Cons

      The pay, middle management, upper management, the president of the company. No development of new employees, terrible training and the worst compensation in the industry. Everyone on salary hides all day doing the bear minimum of work. Company will be out of business within a year.

      great coworkers and team environment, everyone helps each other. GREAT benefits and overall culture

      Cons

      business outlook is not good, but that's the entire pharmaceutical wholesale industry. no solidified commission structure, if you get commission its very low, and low base pay, sometimes management does more harm than good by either stepping in too much or not enough
