Pros
Definitely a great team to work in if you're just starting out in the industry, Doesn't require as many hours like the big 4, get assigned a buddy, mentor, and career advisor. Years + Certification + good performance = easy promotions
Cons
Doesn't feel like you get rewarded for staying at the company. Hours during peak busy seasons is sometimes very un-rewarding.
