      Pros

      Really smart people, good mentors, start working with Partners from day 1.

      Cons

      Most people didn't really like their job, the office managing director didn't care about the people in the office and made little to no effort to increase morale. He was just waiting his time out until he retired, taking home most of the profit that we slaved for.

      Free lunch during busy season

      Very cliquey. Very dependent upon each manager and partner. Some partners were great, but others were rude/condescending/only cared about profits and chargeability. Company is growing very fast and rewards those who will work their life away
