Pros
Andersen always keeps its word, meaning the agreement between the company and employees, almost all company processes are transparent and understandable. Projects are interesting with a space for self-development, in most cases working environment is very friendly and comfortable. Salary is paid right on agreed date without any delays. Offices are very beautiful and full of pleasant things, starting from coffeemashine, ending with playroom for employees.
Cons
Unfortunately, company is economically forced to lower its project acceptance criteria, and due to that fact, the amount of projects with arguable quality of work increasing. And according to some temporary economical issues, company can't surprice you with some extra special bonuses (merch, presents and etc), but this is only temporary (as we were said).
