We continue to work on improving our management and communication processes, upskilling middle managers, encouraging the development of soft skills, and have set up a management school, a sales school and a delivery manager school. We have certain criteria on Wiki that are used to allocate funds to top performers - these are prioritized when reviewing salaries.
