Directlionless company - Anonymous employee Anderson Group Employee Review

The company has no focus and concrete goals, and/or direction other than to "keep doing what the boss ask you to do". Initially boss ventured into heat pipe, then went into satellite system, then went into data bank. A lot of projects come out of mind all of a sudden from a single boss. People just come, get fired because projects abandoned / changed. Boss doesn't speak English, so he communicates with you in Chinese.
