Not a traditional company. Wife and husband owned so the day to day operations are not traditional. Micromanaged. No formal training, mostly just given tasks and figure it out. Outdated practices. Management tells you they don't offer health insurance but then told that they do by the other. Policies that don't align told after hiring: such as turning your phone completely off and putting it in a box such as High school testing. Talks about former employees and clients.
