The principles and other employees in this small group make me feel like part of the family. The day to day work is always varied and fun, and there are weekly office lunches where we all go out and bond as a team. My bosses are always understanding about school commitments and sick days, and highly value keeping me in the loop and educating me on the nuances of the profession. I get to work from home 2 days every week, and I was given a raise after 3 months without having to ask. Tasty Korean lunch options nearby. Highly recommended employer.

Most of the clients are Korean speaking, so there isn’t much of a chance to learn about the client-architect relationship as an English speaker.
