      Pros

      Great wage carried over from GE days. Only reason we have it is that they can't take it away.

      Cons

      Poor management, very cheap, cuts to benefits, cuts to pension, anything they legally can scale back they do. Massive middle management, less and less local decision making.

      Sometimes overwhelming work loads. Can be high stress at times. Often time weekend work is needed.
