Pros
I like the varied work and the close knit team - every day is different and we genuinely have fun in and out of the office. I get bored easily so having lots of different things to work on is really good. Progression in terms of job titles isn't great but in terms of learning new skills - I don't think I would have picked up a lot of the stuff I know now at other companies (especially around soft skills).
Cons
Communication is sometimes not great - a few times I have heard about things (new joiners, desk moves, etc) only hours before they happen, and it's not always clear what's going on. I know they're trying to improve this with 'all-hands' meetings and weekly updates from all the technical teams but I think it will take some time to really gather some momentum on this front.
