Great work environment. All colleagues help each other. We treat each other like a family even though we are far from each other in another countries. Working hours are respected without being prolonged except for some days when there is a lot of work (which is understandable and I don't care as I always get help and attention when I ask for it). You learn something new every day. Very interesting company to work for due to the boom in the rental of private properties, it grows month by month. Promotion opportunities. Invitation to international destinations once a year to see the entire team.

It is not a cons itself, but you need to manage stress well, since there are particular moments when work piles up and you have to know how to prioritize well every case.
