Pros

Great team, great culture, great work. It's nice working from the defensive side of audits. I appreciate our mission and what we do.

Cons

Struggles with keeping resources. Pay is less and less competitive over the years. Yet management will appear confounded as to why attrition seems to be so high. We're starting to reach a breaking point where we lost people and then when we hire replacements, we don't quite hire as many as left. Yet with the freeing up of salary, there's no increase in compensation to those that are now asked to work significantly more for every employee that's now left. Additionally, Anglepoint struggles to promote internally and would consistently rather hire externally to fill holes. Thus another contributing factor to perceived high attrition arises where despite what management may say, there's not a realistic path to stay with the company for too long. Mid-level management is fantastic but ultimately, they're still beholden to the executive team whom we increasingly question.

Pros

- Team is made up of experienced experts who really know the space and bring strong credibility with clients (also reflected in industry recognition like Gartner/IDC) - Clear focus on innovation, especially with AI and automation—employees are encouraged, enabled and empowered to improve how work gets done - Growing company with a strong client base, including large global enterprises and Fortune 1000 companies - Flexible, remote-first culture with a good amount of trust and autonomy for employees - Leadership is accessible and supportive, with a genuine commitment to allyship for women in tech

Cons

Company is growing quickly, which comes with some growing pains—processes, tools, and structure aren’t fully scaled yet, so there are inefficiencies in some areas.
