As an account executive, I have complete autonomy over how to grow business in my territory. Every day is an opportunity to learn and grow as a sales professional. There is constant two way communication with upper management that instills confidence in the direction the company is moving. There is not much. You follow a weekly schedule that does not work. There is not support from Business development team (actually there is not a team), no support from marketing and if you are working for the EMEA there is not money for you to go to see your customer face to face.
