First thing is about CEO. He has really poor professional and communication skills. He keeps eye on employee's mobile phone to check what employee is doing on phone. We can't take phone in our hand just like we are in school not in IT company. You will be fired whenever they feel to fire you without any notice. There dont understand the value of your job for you. When it comes to salary. It is toooooooo much less as compare to work load. I REQUEST YOU ALL, PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY. CEO is very very greedy and selfish person. He is like jailer. He always wants to control his employee's life. Company tells you they have 5 working day but still they expect you to work on Saturdays without any comp-off or extra pay. Even they dont provide meal coupons or reemburse meal for saturday. Be careful. It's about your career.
