      Pros

      People there are super friendly especially for newcomers, Very patient in teaching what we need to know about how their internal flow works. Would highly recommend fresh graduates. The work/life balance is superb.

      Cons

      Not recommend to stay here too long as you won't be able to learn new things or grow as an artist. Sometimes will get last minute task.

      Pros

      Most of the colleagues are awesome and easy to work with. I respect the company's efforts to balance outsourcing projects with developing its own IP, which is a challenging balance for revenue and creative vision.

      Cons

      It's a shame the company uses a typical micro-management style, disregarding employee opinions.
