One of the best things about working at Animal Equality is the people. I love my colleagues and the fact that we have such a shared compassion for animals and drive to make the world a better place. Leadership also makes sure to create a safe space for feedback, opportunities for growth, and systems to support staff.

With a larger budget we could do so much more for animals, but so goes non-profits sometimes!

It's an organization where thoughtful, compassionate, intelligent, and talented individuals have come together to change the world for farmed animals. It's a place where the leadership team and employees make you feel at home immediately. It's a place where ideas and innovation are encouraged. The mission and values of the company are at the forefront, and farmed animals are always the priority. I truly enjoyed my time working for this organization. I would recommend it to anyone looking to make the future a better place for the most exploited animals in the world.

There is room to streamline processes a bit, but I think that will become easier with time as the organization grows.
