The pay rate can be good if you negotiate it. Opportunity to travel.
Cons
Pay, expense reimbursement, and per diem was never paid on time. The recruiters intentionally lied about a lot of things just to get you on board. The company will not go to bat for you against their client, no matter what their client do or say or how they treat you. They treat you like an expendable, if you're a contractor then you have no rights and no ground to stand on.
