FACT: Over the past 2 years they've lost over 12+ people in the Finance department FACT: There is zero work/life balance (they will call you at night, on weekends, on vacations...) FACT: They don't pay competitively FACT: Management doesn't back or develop their direct reports FACT: They manage your exit and basically write what you tell your coworkers on why you left FACT: Management talks poorly about their team (yes their own team!?) to anyone that will listen FACT: All this has been under the same Finance leadership team....
