- Great work and you'll feel like doing something positive. - TFI have good brand name if you want to apply for masters abroad. - Will learn a lot of soft skills and make new friends. - Great exposure for freshers as you'll meet a lot of different people.
Cons
- You'll not learn necessary technical skills. - Post fellowship opportunities are less. - Post fellowship support is also less and fellows feel very lost. - Most companies that come are in education sector so if you want to switch into other sectors it might be hard
