As with any high-growth software company, the pace is fast. We are constantly evolving, which requires a team that is comfortable with change and proactive in their roles. If you prefer a slow, static environment, this might not be the fit for you—but if you love building, it's perfect.

I had the opportunity to work with several capable and dedicated colleagues during my time at the company. Many team members were supportive and committed to doing their best work. I appreciated the chance to learn from talented individuals across different teams and gain exposure to a variety of projects and responsibilities.

This review reflects my personal experience while working at the company. For me, the work environment and leadership style were not a good fit. I found the culture difficult to navigate and felt that the overall environment did not align with the collaborative and transparent workplace I value. Communication and expectations sometimes felt contradictory from my perspective, which made it challenging to feel confident about priorities and direction. Because of that, the role was not the right long-term fit for me. Anyone considering an opportunity there should take time to ask detailed questions during the interview process about culture, communication style, and expectations to determine whether it aligns with what they are looking for in a workplace.
