There are no pro's at this place. Check your reviews very carefully-you have to search very deep to find any that are positive. Some of those are written by management's friends and family to offset the bad ones....
Cons
The real problem stems from the apathy of the court jester you see on the tv ads-Jack Antwerpen. Jack likes to stagger into management meeting and scream,bang on the table and curse like a sailor to motivate his staff. Jack's infantile behavior sets the whole tone of the organization.When upper management feels you haven't stole enough from customers and employees and/or you have a workers comp case pending....YOUR FIRED. Almost five years of service,forced to another store to bail out a failing department(that manager was fired when he suffered throat cancer) and thrown aside for someone with no experience. They won't pay severance and they keep whatever commission you had coming.
