No cons it is fine

Nice facilities for employees like free food and many more.

Need to renovate facilities as it is too old. Required proper focus on shop-floor people about working environment. its poor for workmen. Old people have specific reservation in work which result in non settlement of new talent in the organization. Safety is so poor although it is heavy engineering company. Safety head has no proper knowledge of safety, height work permits, unsafe acts and unsafe situation. Safety is running on "Bhagwan Bharose". Wages of workmen is unfair in terms of their work. Canteen food and drinking water for workmen is highly poor.
