      Pros

      The team is a smaller one and has very low overhead - information flow and decisions are easy to communicate with everyone. It almost works like in a startup despite company being present for many years. The product is well documented, the team is very helpful, relaxed and communicative.

      The product is huge and could take some time to understand the important aspects in it
