Low salaries, Disorganised, messy and unprofessional practices. Changing of management which affected many teams and departments. Uncoordinated functions and No one knows exactly what they’re exactly doing, and there was no control over the quality of certain processes. Company restructuring was a mess, sales and marketing have the control over the other departments.
