      Pros

      You can take part in the rapid growth of a startup (however you have to be able to enjoy the total chaos). Their marketing and branding is doing a great job so your friends might think you're working in a cool company looking from outside.

      Cons

      The management team is very short-sighted. There's no vision. They just wanna make quick money. There are many incapable managers continuously being promoted just because the bosses like them. There's no AI at all. If you are interested in this company because of AI, forget about it.

      Pros

      People are youthful and friendly many opportunities for self learning as IT developer you get the option to work remotely which is very convenient.

      Cons

      because the company is young, management is chaotic with not much of experience goals change a lot midway quarters and work delivery is expected to be extremely fast.
