Pros

Start up culture (sort of) Lots of autonomy (due to having no other choice but to do it yourself) Relaxed dress code (Although some managers seem to want this to change) No micro management

Cons

Poor recruitment/hr - No strategy at all with recruitment and just whoever they can get in and to stay longer than a week. No HR team People get sacked on the spot Some senior hires that were very questionable and have since been sacked/quit A lot of very young inexperienced people in quite senior roles Favouritism - Agreed with previous reviewer. Some staff get kept on/promoted when clearly not hitting target. Others get sacked for the same. Staff who are continually reported as disruptive or damaging to the company seem to be able to do anything and avoid punishment Perks are not what is advertised - Drinks fridge only when sales teams hit targets and often taken away for months Table tennis table only used for half hour on Friday Beer Friday, everyone still works until 6 and it's just a bottle of beer while you work It is not a laid back culture Management - No direction at all from the top. Company has grown too big for the management structure of 2 people. Pay - Very unwilling to pay bonuses and will find anyway out of doing so Pay rises are rare No reviews in place whatsoever Hours - No flexi time or working from home and also tighter time keeping enforced Calls - 90% of the roles require high volume of cold calling and most teams are monitored for call volume. You just about get time to use the loo. All roles are basically call centre roles and you won't do anything else other than call call call. You do not learn in these roles Training/career progression - Training is non existent apart from the odd bit of sales coaching which is very repetitive There is no direction at all and it's very much whatever the CEO decides is a good idea. The ops manager will always agree with this decision as very comfortable which then means nothing at all gets questioned. Shame as it's a good concept but very very badly managed.

Pros

You get paid. Other than that, you won’t have any spare time.

Cons

You will not have any time to have a life. God forbid you get sick - if you’re sick, you will get a warning. Be weary. If you value your mental health… stay away.

Pros

A bit of flexibility in your schedule, as in, you choose it beforehand with time. Pay is weekly and on time. Computer issues happen and they're quite understanding about it.

Cons

A lot of the things you deal with isn't covered in training and you're pretty much stuck asking coworkers for help which is very troublesome especially because sometimes the only people that can help aren't around and messing up can easily end up costing the customer a lot of money, so you have to be very careful.
