Pros
It's safe to say that the company has had hard year. The people are everything. Even remote and global we are still one big family! Everyone works at a fast pace, praise is given where praise is due.
Cons
Previous mistakes were made by the old management team and they've had to be corrected. It's been tough on both staff and management. With a new management team coming in things are getting back on track.
