I worked in Anytime Softcare . It is the worst company which I have seen in my life.It is biggest mistake in my life to join Anytime Softcare . They do not know how to work in IT company. They use candidate for their profit .If project is pending in their company ,they hire candidate and give false commitment to candidate and when project has been completed then they fire candidate and said that your performance is not good , your speed is slow, you have not completed project in given time. They are very selfish and do not give salary too. Please do not join this company otherwise it will destroy your carrer.Siddharath is main culprit .He is devil person. He does not know anything and befooling employees.He is not having manner too. He talked ridicusously.

Great work environment , you can casually discuss your problems and issues, the company has no problem till you get the job done , great opportunities to grow on oncoming big projects if you have the knowledge, they will give you numerous opportunities to build your portfolio !

Growing startup, space feels smaller now, they will probably move to a bigger and better outlet soon !
