Pros

If you get a direct client manager you will be happy to stay for a longer duration. Incentive are on timely basis. There is no culture of Sir/ Ma'am highly appreciated for this, however there are few teams which still follow this culture. Every week they have games, its really great for team bonding.

Cons

Beware of gossips, any wrong move will make your reputation down the hill. If you are getting any manager that is working on implementation partner, try to avoid it or learn how to do boot licking so that you can survive. If your manager has week connections with implementation partner POC, then you are not going to get any PO and eventually you will be impacted. They will call you on Saturday or Sundays also. Its really hard to trust anyone in the company, you may not know who is going to backstab you. You may not get much support from HR as she is out of office always. There is no policy for WFH for normal employees or even performing employees also, if you know how to impress your manager then there might be possibility you will get some favours from him. Extreme level of monitor by your managers in your daily tasks.

Working at this company has been an incredibly positive experience. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by a team that genuinely values collaboration and respect. The company fosters an environment where employees are encouraged to grow, share ideas, and take pride in their work.

Cons

Training resources could be expanded a bit more.
