Pros
Great work environment for all employees. Supportive management, provides support in all situation to resolve professional and personal issues. Plays as a team, all departments plays as a team all together to ease the work flow.
Cons
If a team could handle multiple projects it was against our corporate policy. Strict policy for remote access to the workstation, employees need to be present to the office and no remote access is provided for security reasons. Difficult troubleshooting in case of one due to no remote access controls and policy.
