Toxic environment - Administrative Assistant Apax Partners Employee Review

Very toxic environment : as a last arrival you will be in charge of all tasks that anyone dont wand to do and in any case you aren't able to argue otherwise you are considered as "to agressif " . Definitely run away because you wouldn't get any detailed job description and senior management will add you they tasks and then be able to discuss with each other for hours or even exchange about it on teams while you are struggling . My advice run away !!!
