CEO basically stopped being involved in the company and let many VP's screw things up.
Very high turnover rate - During my time there, I seen people announce their resignation about every two weeks.
Spending too much time worrying about the term "Nano-segmentation" like it is such a great thing that nobody else is doing.
Over the past year, competitors developed the same product and features more or less and eventually became more innovative for free.
