      Pros

      The pay is decent and the company invests a lot in coming up with fun ways to promote sense of unity/teambuilding activities. They are very generous and give a lot of free stuff to the staff. Pretty good insurance.

      Cons

      Sometimes day to day work environment is negative. Some staff members are rude.
