It's not the biggest, but it has an incredible work culture that values employees hard work and expertise. The company recently won the contract for the Mission Command Battle Lab through the hard work of the partners and dedication of its employees. Other contracts at Fort Novosel, AL, and business development is actively seeking additional work. Benefits include 401k with 4% matching at 6 months (immediate vestment), dental/vision insurance options, annual bonus (cash or PTO). Federal holidays off, PTO and Sick add up to about 10 hours per month. Company is known and respected in the community for quality hires and hard working employees.
