From where should I begin? Hr is for jokes. They say that they are with your side but don't. When it comes to serious problems they try to convince you that you are crazy. Also, they are proud of not having fired people but they do not say how many have resigned... In 2022 almost or more than 10 out of 70... So you can imagine what is happening. C-levels are from another world. They think anything can be done as easily as they are thinking... But flash news... NO!! It is like they do not give any value to the employees, just the work to be done. They are not clear about your position and give you errands to do. The men on the board and some employees (sales dept) are misogynists. I have seen the old man on the board treating some women very impolite such as demanding a coffee as if they are slaves. They say that they have a payment scheme in order to be fair among the employees but believe me it is random. They want to look fancy and employee-centric but what they care about is the customers and how they will get money.

If you plan to work for Apifon please make sure that you have read all the details of the contract. They have tricky terms regarding the working hours and the termination of collaboration. Do not believe what they say. It should be aligned with the contract!!!!
