- Fast moving company - you will not get FOMO here, as priorities are moving together with the AI market - Leadership is very clear on where they want the company go and open for solutions how to get there - Top culture I had a chance to work at - no BS attitude, very honest and transparent, people are genuinely friendly and helpful - English is the main communication language and there's people from all parts of the world - High level of flexibility - you can work or take time off at your own preference, as long as you deliver what you are responsible for - Your friends will probably not believe when you describe what's normal here and will want to join as well :)

Apifies hires A-players - so either you get imposter syndrome or it pushes you to do your best. Also, be ready for things changing quickly.

There's a LOT to do: it's exciting but you have to be careful to not get lost inside all of it and manage your time well. Honestly not a lot of downsides and nothing major, this is hands down the best company I ever worked at with amazing culture that's actively being nurtured despite the rapidly growing headcount.
