Pros

The people are great, they care about the end result and are goal focused. That said, don't seem to want to work together with other teams to achieve those goals. Some of the directors are amazing to work with and promote healthy teamwork and opportunities to learn.

Cons

There is little to no clear direction and management is a mess. The CEO is a bully to put it simply. Their best players are over worked, and under appreciated. People produce out of fear, not because they genuinely care about the company and 'love' it. Because of the 'fear', departments are often if not always playing against each other. Every year there is a massive amount of finger pointing, and waiting for the other team to fail so that their own can shine. Most individuals in management positions are so burnt out and jaded that they are following in the steps of the CEO, and treating their teams like the CEO treats them. Hearing a manger cry and scream her head off on a weekly if not daily basis because she just can't take it anymore - just not good for moral. Work/life balance is non existent. Saying you are working form home, is the same as saying you are going to six flags for the day. Zero trust in employees.

It’s never fun to get criticism. We value all feedback, and are committed to evaluating and improving our company. Thank you for sending this our way. To show this commitment to feedback and to make direct employee engagement a priority, a few years ago we implemented a bi-annual employee survey in addition to a number of other activities. This survey has provided insights that have led us to make some improvements that we’re really proud of. Some are: 1) increased focus on continuing education for our technical staff, 2) implementation of wellness programs, including an onsite personal trainer, and 3) timely communication of internal job opportunities to name a few. While we have very low turnover over the last decade, we continue to strive for employee satisfaction in every area. Again, we’re sorry you had a different experience, and will keep that in mind. We’ve got lots of big ideas about how to make this a great place to work, and we appreciate the efforts of everyone on the team.
