Pros
150 a day with a full route Nobody breathing down your neck Make your own breaks and lunch If you finish early with a full route you still get your 150. Dispatchers are helpful when they can do something about it. (Not able to do something all the time).
Cons
Keeping track of your hours with hr. Making sure they have in the system when it was a $150 day. Rabbits (scanners) are horribly slow and the route system is worst. Package counts are very high comparade to the other courier companies. No back braces. Vans are beat up. Rescues hurts others instead of giving you a bonus for rescues. Management and HR need to be involved on daily basis not just when something really bad happens.
