Pros

I’ve really enjoyed working with this team. Everyone’s super supportive, easy to talk to, and always willing to help out. It’s a group of people who genuinely work well together, and that makes all the difference. The communication is great, and there’s a real sense of trust and respect across the board. It’s just a solid team with good energy, and it makes for a really positive and productive working environment. Honestly, it’s one of the best teams I’ve been around!

Cons

Like anywhere, the wheels move slowly. Sometimes it takes a while to get things done but thats not unusual.

Pros

Great team environment within the area your designated, can go for smoke and coffee whenever you'd like as long as work is being completed. Rental manager is awesome! Wish I had her as a boss. PMs I assisted were amazing.

Cons

Got let go with ABSOLUTELY no explanation for dismissal. Even when asked for specifics or for advise on what I could better improve on, my boss shut the conversation down and wouldn't give an explanation. Personally believe (as I was on top of all my work and deadlines) that my boss just personally didn't like me or that i ruffled some feathers cause I intercepted a staff member bullying others. As commented previous, it's extremely clicky and if you're not buddy buddy with the click, good luck on keeping a job. The boss for condos needs to work on her communication skills, stop acting like she's so much better then everyone, especially new staff that is in a learning phase, and HR needs to do more through follow up with staff on progress to build then for success rather then failure.
