Pros
A lot of support getting started and learning the job, product and grocery industry. Management is everywhere, they seem to be placing a lot of time on oversight and making sure everyone is doing there job exactly how they are suppose to. I like this but I know a few colleagues who find it a bit overwhelming. CEO is pretty open in communicating direction so I feel like I know where we are going...but lets see what happens, exciting for now. Allowed to make mistakes, kind of off putting how understanding management is about this, but creates a good atmosphere for the most part
Cons
Too many sales, more than was predicted which means my team is stacked with work, not necessarily a bad thing but its never ending and a lot. Office is packed with people and not enough quiet spaces for client calls. Not enough company events, this is a feeling across the company. I have great co-workers but don't get a lot of time to really get to know a lot of them. I think most people feel this way.
