      Appcard is a profitable start-up, people are down-to-earth, there is no redundant bureaucracy, you get to own your projects and wok with updated technology. we all work in one open space which id great for communication. there is also meeting rooms of course to have quiet conversation

      The company is growing a lot so you get to do more and deal with more issues. As a result of that you gain a lot of experience and learn. The team is great and the company is fun to work for, very fast faced

      Burn and churn on the inside No ability to negotiate a hybrid role meanwhile we have hiring outside of NYC for cheaper labor Laughable PTO
