1. Unexpected layoffs when there is a shortage of projects. 2. Very slow increments, its gets delayed. 3. Micromanagement is there.

Nice company with best carrier opportunities available. Great place to work for freshers and experienced people. Supportive mentors, always there to guide. I am having a wonderful experience as a UI-UX Designer with Appdeft. It has the best working atmosphere and a positive culture. I just love the initiatives that management takes to create a fun filled environment that encourages us to work happily

Sometimes we have to sit for long time to meet the deadline of projects, but we get appreciated and rewarded for our efforts, so it's worth spending some time.
