Pros
The work is fast moving, so there are new KPIs, new processes, new clients every six months. There is learning opportunities and cross department movement is possible as well. Support functions are good, people are friendly and upper management is approachable.
Cons
They fire people without cause. In my time there I saw Senior most to junior most people on the firing line. They would fire people every 2-4 weeks. It was a bloodbath. They are very particular about being able to attract good talent but also make it so toxic when in company wide stand up meetings, they disparage the people they just fired. They are open to all nationalities and people as long as you are good and its a typical start up fast paced environment but the internal politics would drive away any good candidate.
