Pros
My interview process and joining process was so smooth. I always wanted to work where I got challenges, and I am getting here challenges which makes me happy. Company culture is very good, no politics, no micromanagement. People are very supportive. Management team is also supportive and taking care of employees. Every people has their own values in company, every people are getting appreciated for what they are doing. The most important thing is togetherness between the team. That's why I am liking to come office, interact with people. I never felt any hesitation while asking something to my Manager and my Super senior, I must say about my super senior and manager that they are always be there when I needed. And HR team is responding very quickly. Management people listen about the suggestions in work process if we give proper explaination with reason, and they try to apply that as well.
Cons
Actually I have to think so much to find out the cons. Because nothing is coming in my mind when I think about cons. No matter if it is personal life or professional life, sometime we might find problems at some point with people or process, but the best thing is when we discuss it will get resolved for sure.
